Powdering machines
Electrostatic and pneumatic powder coating systems from the German company Rolf Schlicht enable the processing of a wide range of powder materials, including talc, graphite, stearates, super absorbent polymer (SAP) powder, organic powders, and many others. The systems are used in the production of cables, tubes, profiles, strips, and tyres, intended for cable, rubber, and plastics industries.
Rolf Schlicht powdering machines are designed for powdering of cables with diameters up to 200 mm, as well as for strips and profiles ranging from 1,00 mm up to 1.000 mm in width and up to 40 mm in thickness.
Their robust design and high application efficiency make them suitable for even the most demanding production environments. Precise powder application is achieved through an integrated powder flow monitoring system and a micro-fine dosing system, ensuring uniform powder distribution across the product surface.
The powder flow is adjusted to the production line speed, resulting in consistent coating quality, reduced powder consumption, and reduced downtime.
An advanced electrostatic and filter system, combined with 1-4 guns or pneumatic 1-8 nozzles, ensures excellent powder adhesion at line speeds of up to 2.000 m/min. At the same time, the system minimizes wear of the spare parts and significantly reduces maintenance costs.
