Spark test device
High-voltage testing
Trim has developed a series of high-voltage testing devices — Spark testers — primarily intended for the automotive industry, as well as other industries for testing individual products under high voltage. These devices are used to verify the continuity of installed insulated conductors, the quality of connections, and the insulation quality of conductors and joints.
In addition to basic high-voltage testing, the devices enable other operations in accordance with product and user requirements. The process is fully automated after the product is placed in the device, with no operator influence on the testing sequence.
By adding an industrial computer and dedicated software, we have enabled unique tracking of each tested item, test result archiving, and full traceability. The device can also be connected to higher-level user systems.
The system is modular, allowing adaptation to different applications and products through electrode changes in the working area, additional devices, and software modifications.

TRIM-DST28A – Continuity check of built-in conductors, high-voltage testing of conductors and connections, destruction of defective parts or marking of good parts by printing a message on the product.
TRIM-SPI (versions 1–5) – Continuity check of connections, high-voltage testing of conductors and joints, current measurement through the product, storing test results and linking them to a unique product ID, database creation, communication with higher-level systems, and reporting. The device enables storage of test recipes according to product type and provides four levels of user access to data.
