Automated Labelling in the Production Line
Product labelling machines enable fully automated application of pre-printed self-adhesive labels onto products moving along the line. Depending on the user’s requirements, labelling machines can apply labels to different parts of the product (top, bottom, side, edges, and similar positions). The modular design of labelling heads makes them easy to apply to different types of products, regardless of dimensions, shape, final packaging, and similar characteristics.

The labelling machine is installed next to the conveyor and is most commonly used in production as an independent unit. Labelling heads are primarily used in the food industry for product marking with self-adhesive labels,
but they are also widely used in other industrial sectors, such as the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, automotive, and chemical industries. By ensuring clearly declared products, they also provide an additional step in the marketing improvement of the product, with precisely applied labels,
without bubbles and without easy label peeling during product handling. Available in modular configurations, depending on user requirements, they enable the application of labels of different dimensions (from 20 mm to 298 mm) and shapes. They can be adapted to different line speeds.
