The automatic labeling system is designed for simultaneous top and bottom label application, making it ideal for demanding production lines that use excise or security labels. It is intended for a wide range of packaging types—from containers and bottles to boxes and trays—regardless of the material (plastic, glass, or metal).
This solution combines the advantages of top and bottom labeling heads with the ability to apply labels from above while using side product guidance. Side positioning ensures high precision even with irregularly shaped packaging and increases product stability during labeling.
The ideal solution for excise and security labels
System 4 is particularly effective in industries where product origin marking, traceability, excise labels, or security labeling are required, such as the food, alcoholic beverage, and cosmetics industries. It enables the automatic application of security labels to lids and closures on food products, helping protect manufacturers against product opening before the product reaches the end customer. At the same time, it provides an additional step in enhancing the product’s marketing presentation. The system allows labels to overlap lids and closures, ensuring product protection against opening before it reaches the final user.
