A Versatile Solution That Adapts to Your Needs
The option of up to four printheads enables printing on multiple sides of a carton, with a print height of more than 70 mm. Save on pre-printed boxes and storage space by printing all required information directly onto generic boxes on the line.
The system supports:
USB, VideojetConnect™, and ZPL emulation.
A barcode scanner can be easily integrated with the HMI interface for fast job selection and data entry.
Built-in Wi-Fi enables remote access and analytics.
It delivers consistent, reliable, high-quality prints.
Automated Cleaning for Uninterrupted Production
The system can be programmed to clean the nozzles at defined intervals, preventing clogging without stopping the production line.
An air knife additionally cleans the nozzle plate, enabling longer production runs.
The integrated gyroscopic sensor monitors the printer mounting angle in real time, prevents ink leakage, and records external impacts.
Simple Marking System
The intuitive HMI interface is easy to use, ensures coding reliability, and guides the user through every step, significantly reducing the number of interactions and the possibility of errors.
A single screen can control up to four printheads.
A separate control unit enables flexible positioning for fast installation and easy maintenance, without interrupting the production line.
